A jack-knifed big rig loaded overturned, spilling 20 tons of asphalt cargo, closing the eastbound lanes of a Riverside freeway and snarling traffic for hours. The wreck was reported at 1:27 p.m. along the 91 freeway just past the Adams Street offramp.
